Secretary requirements and responsibilities:
Willingness to help any of the leads with their fields
Internal dispute resolution or escalation
Identifying problems and coming up with solutions
Taking part in votes for the direction of the company as a whole
Reviewing budgets and event times submitted by leads for events and submitting them to the Director for approval.
Responsible for the company calendar (Google Calendar) and creating events
Otherwise assisting the Director with running the company.
Management of the FC and answers to the Director - max 3 positions available (1 position opens with every 10 members)
Executive requirements and responsibilities:
Minimum 60 days and already a lead
Willingness to help any of the leads with their fields

One of the Executives will be assigned to be “Night shift Manager”. The Night shift Manager will be responsible for all of the above but with the focus on employees that play during peak hours
Management of crafters and crafting related events within the FC which answers to the Executives and Director. All leads are not limited to their role but should focus on their own role and not overlap with existing leads without their input

Management of combat and combat related events within the FC which answers to the Executives and Director. All leads are not limited to their role but should focus on their own role and not overlap with existing leads without their input

Either all combat professions and max or deep knowledge of all classes.
Willingness to help those that need advice and assistance with their combat professions and relevant content.

Raid leading / Raid callouts

Management of the social related events within the FC which answers to the Executives and Director. All leads are not limited to their role but should

Willingness to help with either setup or creating social events (ie costume parties, holiday events, company picnics)

Marketing the FC and being generally social
